A Secret Super Spy Giveaway

When we were in Washington D.C. for the beginning of the Cherry Blossom Festival, we took our boys to the International Spy Museum. They were really excited to see all the cool super spy stuff. One spy tool, related to food storage, caught my attention. It is important to have a safe place for valuables in times of emergency, so one lucky reader will receive one Secret Super Spy Hiding Place of their very own! But, just like a good spy never reveals secrets, I will keep the actual item classified to all but the receiver's eyes only!

This message will self-destruct in 5...4...3...2...1...

Awesome idea Linda! My biggest concern with food storage right now is honestly the cost! It's important though so we're buckling down. :)

i live where it is very humid so storing items like crackers and such is a concern (and checking everything for hurricane season)

The biggest concern is actually two of them - cost and a place to put it! Our home has no storage space! -Michelle

My question would be how to make a organized food storage so that I can use it and not just label it as the food storage corner that never gets touched..

My biggest concern is storing it at the correct and/or ideal temperatures. I live in the high desert where we have very hot summers and unfortunately, I don't have enough storage space inside my house for all of my food storage :(

Moisture getting into it - it rains over 300 days a year here.... Also rust, mice, bugs :)

I got the book from my library - but want to order it - I like to "try out" books first - and this one is a keeper... :)

marci357 said...

I shared it with friends...

Where to store it and also water storage. I hate to say it, but aesthetics are important inside the house. Those 5 gallon buckets are not attractive and it's so hot here in Arizona I don't dare store it in the garage.

My biggest concern is how to address other family members. My extended family seems to think that since we have our year supply, they will be covered too. How would you approach this?

1) I own the book (just bought it and love it!)

2) I follow your blog

My biggest concern is remembering when I stored it in the fridge. Right now we just use glad take and toss containers and I don't like to write on them so I often forget when I put the item in it.

I'm a blog follower as well.

My biggest concern is space. Living in an apartment makes is hard to store food for very long! And I'd love to have a bigger freezer. Thanks for the chance to win this exciting prize!
