Bread Crumbs

Fresh Bread Crumbs

½ loaf French Bread, day old bread

Tear bread into pieces, fill blender with some of the bread and blend until it becomes crumbs. Repeat until all the bread is crumbs.Place bread crumbs on baking sheet. Cook at 350° for 15 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Store in air tight container or freeze.
This takes very little time and makes tons, so you can freeze it and use it for the next year. Very easy way to use stale bread. The next recipe I am going to post is one that uses bread crumbs. If you want seasoned bread crumbs, just add spice before cooking.
